On 05/03/2026 [3rd of may], virtua-demon made the decision to shut down the PSA discord server for an indeterminate quantity of time. Her message logs read as such:

"so i’m considering shutting down the psa DISCORD!!!!!!!!!! emphasis on DISCORD!!!!!!! i’ll be updating house party but the server will be in an archived state where it still exists but you just can’t talk. all news and revenant announcements will be posted onto the news section of the site when i get that running in a couple days

psa, as a project, will continue but i think scaling things down might be for the best

to simply explain why its because i think ive been too over ambitious with psa. we’re only a month and a half in and treating it like some sacred thing with its own music and merch is sort of silly. i’ve treated it like a next mspfa in a way and im worried it’ll go down the way of ibpa where it’ll meet a fiery end instead of just being put down like a 16 year old dog. maybe ill make a forums board to replace it idk

i think ill just silence the server for a bit. figure out if i want to keep it permanently archived or reopen it heavily scaled down. or make an alternative like a forum or smth"

She continued, stating:

"guys i already said i’ll probably just sit the decision over for a few days until i properly decide what to do"

After this, she made the official statement.

"@Server Announcements ping

psa discord server is going to be private for a bit until i figure out what to do with it. upd8s will still be a thing though"

She summarised her previous statements as such:

"UHH TLDR PSA MIGHT BE TOO AMBITIOUS RIGHT NOW AND IM WORRIED PEOPLE INCLUDING MYSELF ARE VIEWING IT AS AN MSPFA ALTERNATIVE RATHER THAN THINKING OF IT AS A WAY TO VIEW MY COMIC ok bye for Now? Maybe?"

Furthermore, she stated:

"this is a temporary thing maybe. i am still deciding what to do with the server

it’s why most of the channels are just privated"

The next day she announced:

"Upd8 later today! I might just relegate this server to the ⁠suggestion-box for now.

Also, the EP isn’t canceled. I’m still planning for it to come out on 5/13. It’d be a bit of a waste if it was, right?…

(And as for the merch drop, it’s cancelled. Maybe I’ll put the mugs up, though, considering they’re already designed and up on my store, just delisted?… Not sure.)"

"I don’t want PSA to be treated as this big, new thing. But i’ve pretty much set it up AS that. So before it gets any worse, I’ll downsize it majorly to just the website and the ⁠suggestion-box.

I’ve been thinking on implementing a local site suggestion box for a while now, before this whole thing. So possibly be on the lookout for that?"
